Design Vidal Consulting Services:
• Design Concepts and Overviews - Karen will visit your home and provide a vision to help you fully realize your home's potential. Two hour home visit, written design summary, drawings not included. Fee:$450
• Color Consultation - As noted in the LA Times Home Section, color distinguishes our projects. 2-3 hour in home visit. Color palette provided at end of meeting. Fee: $400
• Home Purchase Consultation – As seen on HGTV, Karen can help an uncertain buyer make a decision. Whether you're thinking of buying a fixer or aren't sure if a prospective home can meet you living needs or your budget, Design Vidal offers ideas expert advise on costs of potential improvements. 2 hours visit. Fee $350, additional $150 per hour
• Home Systems Troubleshooting and Problem Solving - We provide solutions for upgrading electrical and plumbing, adding HVAC, solving water intrusion and drainage issues that are potentially detrimental to the foundation and longevity of your home. We can take the mystery out of these daunting issues.
Initial meeting (up to four hours), follow up research, and additional site visits as needed. Design Vidal will provide you with an accurate estimated line-item budget to give you a realistic overview on your scope of work. Fee: $1,000
• Review and Advice for Contracts - If you're already involved in a renovation and you have questions/concerns about your contractor's add-ons we can review your contract and advise you on how best to negotiate with your contractor. 2 hour meeting. Fee: $350, additional research/consultation, $150 per hour.
