Karen Vidal’s design talents are reflected in her signature homes and apartments that dot the Los Angeles landscape.  Her skills in color use and creating and preserving artful details are what set her apart from others in the design arena.  Combining an extensive knowledge of art, architecture and history, Karen not only designs interiors and exteriors but painstakingly restores the original beauty of homes adding a modern influence to each. 

Karen draws from her art background and her many years in television production in New York and Los Angeles.

The 2006 Tour of Silver Lake Architecturally Significant Homes will include one of Karen’s first projects – her personal residence, the Vidal house – designed with architect Ana Henton of MASS Architecture and Design.

Guy Vidal has been securing capital for small business and for special projects his entire career.  He maintains strong connections with a wide range of institutions, officials, and associates across Los Angeles and the country.  He specializes in constructing financial projection models necessary to entice and secure investors.  Clients have included Elixir Teas and Tonics, Universal Music, Dream Castle Entertainment, Shape CD, and Windows Direct.

With Design Vidal, Guy works to identify not just properties, but entire areas with potential for revitalization.
